Drinking beer out of a wine glass can only mean one thing. I’m in a hotel again. This beer was bought for the silly name and to check off another beer on the stupid Facebook beer list.
Look: Mahogany coloured beer with off-white head of about half a finger that dissipates quickly. Not much in the way of lacing.
Aroma: Warm caramel with a hint of cheese. Slight coffee tones.
Taste: Nice brown ale, loads of toffee and caramel but slightly metallic.
Mouthfeel: A little fizzy, but quite low carbonation all in all.

Overall: I probably shouldn’t enjoy this beer, but I do. I think this could be because I really wanted a beer after a very long day and it was lovely and cold and pleasant in my glass. This totally fulfilled that basic requirement. I’d also had a Stone Ruination beforehand. I am sleepy. /5
